Ingredients
  

For the filling
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Bacon bits Cooked
For the pickles
  • 10 pcs Pickles Drained and patted dry
For the coating
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 large Egg Whisked
For frying
  • 2 cups Oil for frying Vegetable oil, canola oil, or peanut oil recommended

Method
 

Preparing the filling and pickles
  1. Start by draining the pickles and patting them dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and bacon bits until well combined.
  3. Stuff each pickle with the cheese mixture.
Coating the pickles
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg.
  2. Roll each stuffed pickle in almond flour, then dip in the egg, and roll in more almond flour for coating.
Frying
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the coated pickles until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serving
  1. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure to pat the pickles dry to avoid excess moisture. You can experiment with different cheeses or add spices for a flavor twist.
