Method
Make the Cookies
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Flatten them slightly and bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let them cool completely.
Make the Frosting
- In a bowl, beat together the room-temperature butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Cookies
- Once the cookies are cool, spread a generous layer of frosting on each cookie.
- Top with your chosen fresh fruits, arranging them in colorful patterns.
Notes
Make sure to use a variety of fruits for a colorful presentation. Chill the cookie dough if it spreads too much while baking. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
