Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  4. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating.
