  • 1/2 piece red onion Finely chopped.
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley Chopped.
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper

  • 4 pieces burger buns Soft and toasted.
  • Creamy Greek yogurt cucumber sauce For topping.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated zucchini, red onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
Cooking
  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through.
Serving
  1. Serve on burger buns with creamy Greek yogurt cucumber sauce.
  2. You can add fresh lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and a little extra tzatziki on top for more flavor. Pair them with a side of sweet potato fries or a simple Greek salad.

Notes

To store leftover patties, place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 days or freeze uncooked patties for longer storage. Thaw before cooking.
