Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and self-rising flour to form a dough.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and spread melted butter on top.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the bites in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
