- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, coconut milk, coconut extract, and vanilla whey protein powder.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or molds.
- Freeze for several hours until solid.
- Once frozen, remove from molds and enjoy as a refreshing treat!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for several weeks. Take out only what you need to prevent stickiness at room temperature.
