- Pour in the broth and add the diced tomatoes, green beans, corn, and thyme.

Notes
Let the soup cool before storing. Refrigerate for up to 4 days or freeze for 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating. For extra flavor, add bay leaves while simmering or red pepper flakes for a kick.
