Ingredients
  

Fruits and Greens
  • 1 piece banana
  • 1 cup spinach Can substitute with kale for a different flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Can use regular yogurt, dairy-free yogurt, or silken tofu as substitutes.
  • 1 cup almond milk Or any milk of choice.
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries.
Sweetener and Extras
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional, adjust according to taste.
  • as needed cups ice cubes For desired consistency.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add the banana, spinach, Greek yogurt, almond milk, mixed berries, and honey (if using) to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Freeze fruits in advance for a colder and thicker smoothie. Adjust sweetness as preferred. Can top with extra berries or nuts before serving.
