- Preheat your oven to 170°F (75°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a blender, combine the pureed fruit, honey or maple syrup (if using), lemon juice, and any flavor options. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer about 1/8 inch thick.
Baking
- Bake for 6-8 hours or until the surface feels dry and leathery.
- Once cool, peel off the parchment paper and cut the fruit leather into strips.
- Roll them up and store in an airtight container.
Notes
To store your fruit roll-ups, place them in an airtight container. They can last for up to a week at room temperature or longer if kept in the fridge. If you want to keep them fresh for a longer time, consider freezing them. Just remember to separate them with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
