Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 170°F (75°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender, combine the pureed fruit, honey or maple syrup (if using), lemon juice, and any flavor options. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer about 1/8 inch thick.
Baking
  1. Bake for 6-8 hours or until the surface feels dry and leathery.
  2. Once cool, peel off the parchment paper and cut the fruit leather into strips.
  3. Roll them up and store in an airtight container.

Notes

To store your fruit roll-ups, place them in an airtight container. They can last for up to a week at room temperature or longer if kept in the fridge. If you want to keep them fresh for a longer time, consider freezing them. Just remember to separate them with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
