  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste pepper
  • to taste Garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, salt, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Form the chicken mixture into small pockets or patties.
Cooking
  1. Place the pockets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until the pockets are golden brown and crispy.
  3. Remove from the air fryer and let cool before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping or add to salads. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes.
