- Add the eggs, baking powder, and salt to the blended cottage cheese and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small mounds.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Pairs well with Greek yogurt or honey. For storage, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
