  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Use dairy-free cheese for a dairy-free option.
  • 1/2 cup burger-style sauce (mix of mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard) Adjust the proportions of the sauce to your taste.

Preparation
  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a bowl.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the smoked beef until it is browned.
  3. Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Assembly
  1. Start assembling the bowls: place mixed salad greens at the bottom, add the cooked beef, then top with diced tomatoes and shredded cheese.
  2. Drizzle the burger-style sauce over the bowls.
