  • 1 cup cottage cheese Use low-fat or fat-free if preferred.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Use low-fat or fat-free if preferred.
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed Chop the strawberries into smaller pieces for easier blending.
  • 1/2 cup protein powder Choose your preferred flavor.
  • 1/4 cup honey or other sweetener (optional) Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Crust (optional)
  • 1 package graham crackers or almond flour Use for a crunchy base.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender or food processor, blend together the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, strawberries, protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. If using a crust, prepare it in a baking dish.
  3. Pour the cheesecake filling into the crust or directly into a dish if no crust is used.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
Serving
  1. Serve chilled, topped with fresh strawberries if desired.

Notes

To store your cheesecake, keep it covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Refresh with fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey before serving.
