Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup nut butter Can substitute with sunflower seed butter.
  • 1/2 cup honey Can substitute with maple syrup.
Optional Mix-ins
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Optional ingredient.
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits Optional ingredient.
  • 1/2 cup seeds Optional ingredient.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, nut butter, and honey.
  2. Add any optional ingredients like chocolate chips, dried fruits, or seeds.
  3. Mix well until everything is combined.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Cut into bars and enjoy.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For longer storage, wrap individually and freeze for up to three months. For crunchier texture, lightly toast oats before mixing. You can add protein powder for extra nutrition.
