Ingredients
  

For the Peanut Butter Filling
  • 1 cup peanut butter Use natural peanut butter for a healthier option.
  • 1/2 cup oat flour Can substitute with almond flour or all-purpose flour if needed.
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Pinch salt
For the Chocolate Layer
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips Can substitute with milk chocolate for a sweeter option.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, oat flour, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt until well blended.
  2. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Assembly
  1. Pour a layer of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner.
  2. Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
  3. Cover with more melted chocolate until the peanut butter is completely sealed.
Chilling
  1. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
  2. Enjoy your homemade peanut butter cups!

Notes

Serve chilled for the best texture. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for a few months.
