- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Assembly
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook for another 2-3 minutes, letting the sauce thicken.
- Serve the shrimp over a bed of rice or quinoa.
- Top with steamed broccoli, green onions, and optionally, sesame seeds or red pepper flakes.
