Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the meatballs with olive oil spray.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned.
Serving
- Serve with marinara sauce over pasta or on a sub roll for meatball sandwiches.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for more flavor. Don’t overmix the turkey mixture to keep meatballs tender. Experiment with spices or cheese for variety.
