  • 1 egg Binding agent
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adjust according to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Adds traditional flavor
Sauce and Preparation
  • 1 jar marinara sauce For serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Lightly spray the meatballs with olive oil spray.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned.
Serving
  1. Serve with marinara sauce over pasta or on a sub roll for meatball sandwiches.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for more flavor. Don’t overmix the turkey mixture to keep meatballs tender. Experiment with spices or cheese for variety.
