  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ranch dressing mix, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet, skin side up.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For crispier skin, broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end. Let the chicken rest before cutting into it to keep it juicy. Adjust seasoning to taste; adding herbs like thyme or rosemary can enhance flavor.
