  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
  • Cooked bacon bits for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam or boil cauliflower florets until tender, then drain and set aside.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add cream cheese and beef broth to the skillet, stirring until the cream cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
  3. Mix in the cooked cauliflower and half of the cheddar cheese, stirring until well blended.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, topping with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with green onions and cooked bacon bits if desired.
