Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine frozen mango, frozen pineapple, banana, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
  3. Top with juicy mango chunks, toasted granola, and chia seeds.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Serve in a wide, shallow bowl to highlight the colors. Optionally add more toppings for texture. If storing leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours but add fresh toppings just before serving.
