  • 2 whole ripe mangoes Make sure to choose ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup coconut milk You can swap coconut milk for yogurt for a creamier texture.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar Adjust the sweetness based on your taste.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Adds a nice tangy flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel and chop the mangoes.
  2. In a blender, combine the mangoes, coconut milk, honey or sugar, and lime juice.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  6. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes

These popsicles are great for parties or just a sweet treat for yourself on a hot day. Store any leftovers in an airtight container or zip-top bag in the freezer for up to a month.
