Ingredients
  

For the Marinated Mozzarella
  • 1 cup mini mozzarella balls
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Garlic Breadsticks
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough or breadstick dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • a pinch salt
For Assembly
  • 1 ball fresh burrata
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Mixed olives
  • Toasted baguette slices (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped basil, chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the mini mozzarella balls and toss to coat well. Allow them to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Baking Garlic Breadsticks
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the dough into strips and twist each piece to form breadsticks.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt.
  4. Brush this mixture over the formed breadsticks and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden.
Assembling the Tapas Board
  1. Place burrata in a small bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and add fresh cracked pepper.
  2. On a large serving board, arrange the marinated mozzarella, burrata, garlic breadsticks, cherry tomatoes, mixed olives, and optional toasted baguette slices.
  3. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
Serving Suggestions
  1. Serve with small plates and toothpicks for easy sharing, encouraging guests to create their own combinations.

Notes

For extra flavor, allow the mozzarella to marinate longer, up to overnight. Feel free to add other toppings like sliced meats, roasted peppers, or artichokes.
