  • 1 can Canned tuna Use good quality for the best flavor.
  • 2 cups Crunchy vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, cucumbers, or celery) Feel free to mix with what you prefer.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or dill) Chopped.
  • 1/4 cup Lemon dressing
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Add more for creamier texture.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the canned tuna, chopped crunchy vegetables, and fresh herbs.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the lemon dressing and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
  1. Serve the tuna salad with crackers, in a wrap, or on a sandwich.

Notes

To keep the salad fresh, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 2-3 days. For the best texture, add dressing just before serving.
