Ingredients
  

For the Base:
  • 2 naan breads store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing, optional
For the Sauce (Choose One):
  • ¼ cup tomato pizza sauce classic choice
  • ¼ cup pesto sauce for a fresh, herby option
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce perfect for smoky flavors
  • ¼ cup white garlic sauce for a creamy, cheesy base
For the Cheese:
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella melts beautifully
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan or feta optional for extra flavor

Mushroom & Truffle Oil Naan Pizza:
  • ✔ ½ cup sautéed mushrooms
  • ✔ ¼ cup caramelized onions
  • ✔ 1 tbsp truffle oil drizzle after baking
  • ✔ Fresh thyme
Mediterranean Naan Pizza:
  • ✔ ¼ cup feta cheese
  • ✔ ¼ cup Kalamata olives sliced
  • ✔ ¼ cup roasted red peppers
  • ✔ 2 tbsp red onion slices
  • ✔ Drizzle of olive oil
Pepperoni Naan Pizza:
  • ✔ ¼ cup pepperoni slices
  • ✔ ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • ✔ Red pepper flakes for spice

Method
 

  1.   Oven Method: Preheat to 425°F (220°C). Place a baking sheet or pizza stone inside while preheating for a crispier crust.
  2.   Air Fryer Method: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Stovetop Method: Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat.
Step 2: Prepare the Naan Base
  1. 1️⃣ Lay the naan bread on a baking sheet, pizza stone, or air fryer basket.
  2. 2️⃣ Lightly brush with olive oil for extra crispiness.
Step 3: Add the Sauce & Cheese
  1. 3️⃣ Spread 2-3 tbsp of sauce evenly over each naan, leaving a small border.
  2. 4️⃣ Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce.
Step 4: Add Your Favorite Toppings
  1. 5️⃣ Add any of your favorite toppings (see variations above).
  2. 6️⃣ Sprinkle parmesan or feta for extra flavor.
Step 5: Bake, Air Fry, or Stovetop Cook
  1. Oven Method: Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  2. Air Fryer Method: Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stovetop Method: Place naan in a dry skillet, cover with a lid, and cook for 4-5 minutes until the cheese melts.
Step 6: Final Touches & Serving
  1. 7️⃣ Remove from heat and let rest for 1-2 minutes before slicing.

  2. Drizzle of truffle oil (for gourmet pizzas)
