Ingredients

For the crust
  • 1.5 cups 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the filling
  • 1 cups 1 cup cream cheese, softened Be sure to soften the cream cheese beforehand.
  • 1 cups 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream Whip until stiff peaks form.
  • 2 cups 2 cups diced apples A mix of tart and sweet apples is recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon cinnamon Can be adjusted based on preference.
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add the diced apples, cinnamon, and lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture and fold until combined.
  5. Pour the apple mixture over the crust in the springform pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Notes

Serve chilled, directly from the springform pan. Enhance with a dollop of whipped cream, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or a drizzle of caramel sauce. Store in the refrigerator, keeping it covered to maintain freshness for 3 to 5 days.
