Base ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter Use creamy peanut butter for the best texture.
  • 1/4 cup honey Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips Can be replaced with shredded coconut.
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts Optional, omit for a nut-free version.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
  2. Stir in rolled oats, chocolate chips, nuts if using, and salt until well combined.
  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the dish and press down firmly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Cut into bars and enjoy your healthy snack!

Notes

These bars can be served cold or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or wrap individually and freeze.
