- In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
- Stir in rolled oats, chocolate chips, nuts if using, and salt until well combined.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the dish and press down firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into bars and enjoy your healthy snack!
Notes
These bars can be served cold or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or wrap individually and freeze.
