No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheerios Bars

A quick and easy homemade snack combining creamy peanut butter, honey, Cheerios, and chocolate chips, perfect for the whole family!

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 cups Cheerios™ cereal
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey.
  3. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring each time until melted and easy to combine.
  4. In a large bowl, stir together the peanut butter mixture and Cheerios™.
  5. Add the chocolate chips and stir again to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and place in the fridge to set for 30 minutes to an hour.
  7. Cut into 9 squares (or 16 smaller squares) and enjoy!

Notes

To store these bars, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze individually wrapped in parchment paper for up to three months.
