  • 1/2 cup protein powder Any flavor works, match to your taste.
Optional Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips Optional, can replace with dried fruit for a twist.
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds Can customize with your favorite nuts or seeds.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, protein powder, and any optional ingredients like chocolate chips or nuts.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey until smooth.
  3. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
Serving
  1. Cut into bars and enjoy as a snack. Pair with fruit or milk for a filling treat.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week. Can be frozen; wrap each bar individually to prevent sticking.
