  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth Can be adjusted for desired consistency.
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder Adjust according to spice preference.
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened.
  3. Add the ground beef and pork to the pot, cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, and paprika, cooking for another minute to release the flavors.
  5. Pour in the diced tomatoes and beef broth. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  6. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Serve hot over cauliflower rice for a low-carb option. Feel free to add toppings like cheese and sour cream for added flavor.
