  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup spinach (optional) Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the gnocchi, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
  5. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat and cook until the gnocchi are tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. If using spinach, stir it in until wilted.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese.
