Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the butterflied chicken breasts on a rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Layer fresh orange slices across the tops of the chicken breasts.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and oranges.

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
