  • 36 cookies Oreo cookies Crushed for the crust
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter Melted
For the filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip) Divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
For topping
  • Crushed Oreos
  • whole Oreos For decoration

Method
 

Prepare the crust
  1. Crush 36 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Combine the crumbs with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and freeze for 15 minutes.
Prepare the filling
  1. Use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until it is smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  2. Mix in the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until the filling is thick and completely creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping and crushed Oreo pieces to keep the filling light.
Assemble the pie
  1. Spoon the filling into the chilled Oreo crust and smooth the top evenly.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Final touches
  1. Pipe whipped cream rosettes on top and scatter crushed Oreos.
