Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt Substitute with thick plant-based yogurt for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder Can be omitted if preferred.
  • 1 medium Ripe Banana Make sure it’s fully ripe for the best flavor.
Layering Ingredients
  • 1 cup Vanilla Wafer Cookies Opt for gluten-free cookies for dietary restrictions.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Powder Choose alcohol-free for a purer taste.
  • Honey or Maple Syrup, to taste Adjust based on taste preference.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the non-fat Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder. Stir until smooth.
  2. Slice the ripe banana into thin rounds.
Layering
  1. In a glass or bowl, start layering. Begin with a layer of the yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of banana slices, and then a layer of vanilla wafer cookies.
  2. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of yogurt on top.
  3. Sprinkle vanilla bean powder on top and drizzle honey or maple syrup to taste.
Chilling
  1. Chill in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes (optional, but it helps the flavors meld together).

Notes

Serve your parfait in a clear glass or bowl to showcase the beautiful layers. Add extra banana slices or cookie crumbles for flair. Store leftovers in the refrigerator and consume within two days for best texture.
