  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning mix Feel free to experiment with different flavors.
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss the pumpkin seeds with olive oil until each seed is coated.
  3. Stir in ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, and salt, ensuring the seeds are well-coated.
  4. Spread the coated seeds onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Roasting
  1. Roast in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, then stir the seeds.
  2. Continue roasting for another 10 to 13 minutes, until they are golden and crispy.
Cooling
  1. Transfer the seeds to a plate and let them cool completely before enjoying or storing.
