Skewers
  • 6 sprigs Fresh rosemary sprigs Choose firm and fragrant sprigs for the best flavor.
  • 8 oz Fontina cheese, cubed Cut into even cubes for even cooking.
  • 1 cup Seedless grapes Use a mix of green and red grapes for color.
Seasoning and Oil
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For drizzling prior to grilling.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill or broiler.
  2. On each rosemary sprig, thread a cube of Fontina cheese followed by a grape.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Grill or broil skewers until the cheese begins to melt and the grapes are warm, about 5-7 minutes.

Notes
