Ingredients
  

Chicken and Marinade
  • 2 lbs Chicken tenders, thighs, or breast Any chicken cut suitable for skewering.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Hot sauce Adjust according to spice preference.
  • 2 teaspoons Red pepper flakes Adjust for heat preference.
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 8-10 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup Fresh parsley, minced Adds freshness.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken with olive oil and seasoning ingredients, mixing well to coat.
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers, making sure they are evenly spaced.
Grilling
  1. Grill skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.
Garlic Butter Sauce
  1. While the chicken is grilling, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and parsley; cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the skewers and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes
