  • 6 pieces corn tortillas Cut into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the corn tortillas into thin strips.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cumin.
  4. Add the tortilla strips to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the strips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  2. Allow to cool and serve as a topping for salads or soups.

Notes
