  • 1 lb Chicken breast Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce Low-sodium preferred
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil For marinade flavor
Main Ingredients
  • 8 oz Noodles Egg noodles, rice noodles, or whole wheat noodles
  • 2 tbsp Sugar Adjust to taste
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Minced or grated
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil For sautéing
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes Adjust based on spice preference
  • 2 scallions Green onions Chopped, for garnish
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate the chicken breast in orange juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in cooked noodles, sugar, and red pepper flakes, mixing until well combined.
Serving
  1. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Ensure the chicken is fully marinated for the best flavor. For extra richness, drizzle a bit more sesame oil before serving.
