  • 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha Adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
For the Bowls
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cooked rice Use leftover or microwave rice for convenience
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)

Method
 

Preparation of Spicy Mayo
  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, and soy sauce to make the spicy mayo. Adjust spiciness to taste.
Cooking the Shrimp
  1. Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Assembling the Bowls
  1. Divide cooked rice among bowls, top with shrimp, and drizzle with spicy mayo.
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
