  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese Cut into chunks for easier melting.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to experiment with different cheeses.
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup vegetables (like broccoli or bell peppers) Customize with your preferred vegetables.

Preparation
  1. Start by trimming any excess fat from the chicken.
  2. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
  4. Cut the cream cheese into chunks and place it on top of the chicken.
  5. Pour the chicken broth around the edges of the slow cooker.
  6. Add your choice of vegetables on top.
Cooking
  1. Set the slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  2. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks.
Serving
  1. Serve over rice, pasta, or in tortillas.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. To reheat, use the microwave or warm in a skillet, adding chicken broth if needed to keep it creamy. For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeƱos. Use homemade ranch seasoning for additional flavor.
