- In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped peanuts and chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes or until solid.
- Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
These fat bombs are perfect for a quick snack or dessert. They can be made ahead of time for meal prep and stored in the fridge for up to two weeks. Freezing is an option for longer storage.
