- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle sliced strawberries and chocolate chips over the yogurt.
- Freeze for about 3-4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, break into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
To store, place the yogurt bark in an airtight container in the freezer. It can stay fresh for up to 2 months. Use parchment paper to separate pieces if needed. Adjust flavors with different fruits, nuts, or flavored yogurts as desired.
