  1. Start by mixing the fresh strawberries with honey and lemon juice. Let them sit for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Prepare the crushed biscuit crunch layer by mixing crushed biscuits with melted butter.
  4. In serving glasses, begin layering the yogurt mixture, strawberries, and biscuit crunch.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
  6. Chill the parfaits in the refrigerator for a bit before serving.

Notes
