  • 2 cups Strawberries Fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup Feta cheese Crumbled feta cheese, can substitute with goat cheese.
  • 1/2 cup Pecans or walnuts Lightly toasted for enhanced flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Red onion Thinly sliced.
  • 1/2 cup Balsamic vinaigrette dressing Use homemade or store-bought dressing.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine fresh spinach and sliced strawberries.
  2. Add crumbled feta cheese and nuts.
  3. Top with thinly sliced red onion.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
  5. Toss gently to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve the salad chilled or at room temperature. Great as a stand-alone dish or paired with grilled chicken or fish. Store any leftovers in an airtight container, ideally without the dressing until ready to serve.
