  • 1/4 cup Red onion, thinly sliced Adjust according to taste.
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar (apple cider or white)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or sugar Adjust sweetness to preference.
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy seeds Can substitute with sesame seeds.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine fresh spinach leaves, sliced strawberries, and thinly sliced red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, honey or sugar, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

Notes
