Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (245g)
  • 2 tbsp Honey (30g)
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract (2.5ml)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Strawberries (60g)
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice (5g)

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash the strawberries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Place the strawberries in a small bowl and mash them with a fork until they reach a jam-like consistency. Stir in the lemon juice.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  4. Gently fold the mashed strawberry mixture into the yogurt base. Stir just until the color turns to a soft, even pink.
Serving
  1. Serve this dip with fresh fruit such as apple slices, banana chunks, or additional strawberries.
  2. It’s also great with graham crackers or drizzled over pancakes and waffles.
  3. You can put it in a small bowl and let everyone dip in at their own pace.

Notes

If you have any leftovers, store the dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for about 2 to 3 days. Adjust sweetness with honey as desired. Ripe strawberries offer the best flavor.
