Ingredients
  

For the Mediterranean Spread
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Use full-fat for a richer flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt works best.
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled Adds a salty flavor.
  • 1/4 cup olives, chopped Kalamata or green olives can be used.
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced For sweetness and crunch.
  • 1 tsp dried oregano Use fresh if available for more flavor.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Alternatively, use minced fresh garlic.
For the Pinwheels
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps Any type of wrap can be used.
  • 12 oz sliced turkey breast Deli turkey works great.
  • to taste Fresh spinach leaves Adds freshness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, feta cheese, olives, red bell pepper, oregano, and garlic powder until well combined.
  2. Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a layer of the Mediterranean cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Place a few slices of turkey over the cream cheese spread, followed by a handful of fresh spinach leaves.
  4. Tightly roll the tortilla away from you to form a pinwheel.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Slice the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pinwheels.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately or chill them in the fridge for later.

Notes

These turkey pinwheels can be secured with toothpicks for easy handling. They can be accompanied by a side of hummus or your favorite dipping sauce for an added flavor boost.
