Method
Preparation and Searing
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with kosher salt and black pepper.
- Once the pan is hot, add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
Mixing Filling
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, shaved parmesan cheese, crushed croutons, and creamy Caesar dressing.
- Toss everything gently to coat the lettuce evenly with the dressing.
Assembling Wraps
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Place a portion of the lettuce mixture in the center, followed by a few strips of chicken.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling, folding in the sides as you roll for a neat wrap.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
Notes
Serve these wraps immediately for the best taste. Leftovers can be stored wrapped tightly in plastic wrap or in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
