Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Whisk together until well combined, ensuring there are no clumps of chia seeds.
  3. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best results.
Serving
  1. Once chilled, give the pudding a stir and adjust sweetness if needed.
  2. Serve in bowls or jars, topping with fresh fruits, nuts, or seeds.
  3. A sprinkle of granola adds a nice crunch.
