Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli, steamed Steamed until tender
  • 2 cups spinach, sautéed Sautéed until wilted
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced Sautéed until softened

  • 2 large eggs, hard-boiled Peel and slice before serving
Toppings
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • to taste herbs (e.g., parsley, cilantro) Chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Steam the broccoli until tender.
  2. Sauté the spinach and diced red bell pepper in a pan until softened.
  3. Hard-boil the eggs, then peel and slice them.
Assembly
  1. In a bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, sautéed spinach, sautéed red bell pepper, and sliced hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Top with sesame seeds and herbs.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve warm.
